Hey Fever! Registration – Ottawa Contra

We look forward to seeing you at Hey Fever! Here’s all the registration info.

Price

Hey Fever! dance weekend costs $155 (about $112 US). Our early bird rate has now passed.

Steps To Register

Fill in the form for each attendee (Step 1, below), and then
Use one of the three payment methods to cover your total payment (Step 2, below).

You are not registered unless BOTH steps are complete!

Meals

Saturday lunch: A Shawarma lunch buffet, with a meat and vegetarian option, is available for Saturday lunch. Cost is $18, payable with your registration.
Bring your own: The hall will be open during meal breaks. Feel free to bring your own meal(s) to eat with fellow dancers.
Eat out: There are LOTs of lovely restaurants in the dance hall area to enjoy (easy to walk to). See Restaurants near hall – Google Maps for many choices.

Billeting

We try to offer billeting to those who would like this but, currently, all our billet spots are full. If you want a billet spot then indicate this in the registration form and we’ll get back to you. We may not have a spot to offer.

Cancellation Policy

Up to September 30^th: Full refund minus $10 fee.
October 1^st – 14^th: 50% refund.
After October 14^th: No refund.
Possible refund to October 28^th: If Hey Fever! is sold out and there are names on our waitlist, then we will provide a refund (minus a $10 fee) if we can fill the spot(s) with other attendees.

Masks

Masks are optional at this dance weekend. Refer to Covid Measures – Ottawa Contra for information about Ottawa Contra dance’s Covid policies. They apply to Hey Fever! too.

Complete the Ottawa Contra Hey Fever! Registration Form for each attendee. Once completed, use one of the three payment options, below, to make your Total Payment.

Step 2: Payment

Payment options 1 and 2 save non-profit Ottawa Contra on service fees but use what works for you. Our US friends likely need to use option 3.

Option 1 – Cheque or Cash

Bring a cheque (payable to Ottawa Contra Dance) or cash to an Ottawa Contra dance (after filling in the registration form above).

Alternatively, you can mail a cheque to:

Option 2 – Send Interac e-Transfer

Send an Interac e-Transfer payment to ottawacontra@gmail.com.

Option 3 – Pay via PayPal (Credit Card)

Click the buttons below to add or increase your choices (to match what you filled in the registration form). Once your order is complete click the payment button to pay. This option is probably the best one for our US friends to use.
